面向全体学生,提高课堂实效,是新课程标准提出的重要内容,它在实现新的教学理念中,起着重要的作用。所以,在教学中面向全体学生,就是为了实现人人学有价值的数学,人人都能掌握一定的基础知识和基本技能,使所有的学生在学习过程中都得到发展。为了实现这一目的,就要有效利用小组合作学习,体现以学生为主体。通过学生间的讨论与交流,就能更好达到人人教我,我教人人的目的。因此,在数学课堂教学中,我们教师只要以学生为主体,面向全体学生,使全员参与学习过程,给每一个层次的学生创造同等的机会,才能更有效地提高课堂教学质量,打造高效课堂。
