目的:通过对儿科医嘱专项点评,发现儿科用药中的不合理问题。方法:随机抽取2014年上半年儿科出院病历120份,进行专项点评并分析其结果。结果:儿科用药情况与晋中市第一人民医院儿科医疗任务相符。儿科医嘱专项点评情况:遴选药品不适宜14份(占61.0%);联合用药不适宜8份(占35.0%)。结论:晋中市第一人民医院儿科用药,尤其是抗菌药物、中成药及糖皮质激素临床应用过程中存在不合理现象,儿科合理用药水平亟待提高。
OBJECTIVE: To find unreasonable problems in pediatric medicine through the special comments on pediatric orders. Methods: A total of 120 pediatric medical records were randomly selected from the first half of 2014 to conduct a special review and analyze the results. Results: The pediatric medication was consistent with the pediatric medical mission of the First People’s Hospital of Jinzhong City. Comments on pediatric orders: The selection of drugs inappropriate 14 (61.0%); combination is not suitable for 8 (35.0%). Conclusion: There are unreasonable phenomena in pediatric medicine, especially antimicrobial drugs, proprietary Chinese medicines and glucocorticoid in Jinzhong First People’s Hospital. The rational use of pediatric medicine needs to be improved urgently.
