根据尿素的热解原理和SNCR法脱硝的温度反应区间,结合烧结过程中各带的分布特点,研究了烧结原料中加入微量添加剂(尿素、高锰酸钾),在对成品烧结矿性能没有太大影响的情况下,减排烧结烟气中硫化物与氮氧化物的可行性。结果表明:添加0.2%高锰酸钾,能加快烧结速度,改善烧结指标,并使烟气中SO2、NOX分别减少19.12%、12.3%;添加尿素后,烧结速度变慢,成品矿质量变化不大,NOX排放有所增加,但SO2排放大大减少。综合考虑,添加0.2%高锰酸钾和0.05%尿素对烧结烟气污染治理都具有很好的效果。
