针对孔系加工机构中曲拐传动存在的振动问题 ,提出了利用内平衡的方法实现曲拐轴的动平衡 ,并通过“力平衡法”实现曲拐传动机构的摆动力和摆动力矩完全力平衡 .减小或消除了整个传动机构的振动 ,提高了孔系加工的加工精度 .
Aiming at the vibration problem existing in bell crank transmission in hole machining mechanism, the method of inner balance is put forward to realize the dynamic balance of crankshaft, and the complete balance of swing force and swing moment of the crank drive mechanism is achieved by “force balance method” Reduce or eliminate the vibration of the entire transmission mechanism and improve the machining accuracy of the hole system.
