“时间分割预估控制”是一种克服大滞后系统的控制方法。它不需要知道对象的精确动特性,具有较好的调节质量。在甲醛生产氧化炉“中温”控制中,进行了现场运行试验,取得了较好效果。目前在工程应用中,这一控制方法的控制参数存在着盲目试调的问题,针对这点,作者进行了仿真研究工作,找出了工程应用中的参数的整定规律,从而有助于这一控制原理能够更成熟的应用于工程控制系统中。
