肾图在临床上是有价值的肾功能检查方法之一,利尿性肾图对尿路梗阻和肾功能损害的诊断,更有独特作用。我科使用放射性核素利尿剂肾图(简称DR),对机械性梗阻和非机械性梗阻所致的上尿路扩张的诊断进行探讨。 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料:临床确诊为上尿路梗阻,尿路结石伴肾盂积水38例进行了普通肾图和DR检查,获得了42份单侧肾的资料。38例中,男26例,女12例。未经手术治疗而KUB及IVP证实肾输尿管结石者17例,高血压肾病1例,急性肾盂肾炎3例,前列腺增生肥大1例,计22例,另16例为肾输尿管
