当你想用老方法办一件事的时候,问自己一个问题:你想成为过去的奴隶还是未来的先驱?每个人都在说顾客至上,要用新方法把产品与顾客连接起来。说到新方法,还得感谢移动设备,社交媒体和“云”。具体应该怎么着手呢?下面是我的一些看法,也欢迎与我分享你的。联系=帮助。联系顾客就是帮助顾客。移动设备的便携性为企业提供了很多机会。但仅仅提供帮助并不够,企业已经在帮助客户的道路上走了几百年。未来,企业需要了解的是何时以及如何为顾客提供帮助。
