天津一法院最近就一起因赡养引起的经济纠纷案件作出判决认为,赡养是法律规定的义务,不得附加条件,原告有权利讨回分给子女的钱。
Recently, a court in Tianjin decided on a case of economic dispute arising from the alimony that maintenance is an obligation stipulated by law and that conditions should not be imposed and that the plaintiff has the right to recover the money allocated to the children.
