党的十六大和十六届三中、四中全会明确提出了构建社会主义和谐社会的重大任务。和谐社会的基本内涵,应当是各种社会关系的和谐。一、和谐的劳动关系是构建和谐社会的晴雨表、风向标。劳动关系是社会经济生活中最基本、最重要的社会关系,劳动关系是人们在从事劳动过程中发生的社会关系,是社会关系的重要组成部分,劳动关系问题涉及每个人的切身利益。劳动关系的和谐稳定关系着整个社会的和谐稳定。
