对新疆某地的混合铜矿混酸浸出液采用石灰乳中和水解和二段浓缩法分别除去Fe和Ca,然后以结晶、重结晶法制备CuSO_4·5H_2Of。研究结果表明,在最佳工艺条件下,Fe的去除率达到98%以上,Cu回收率达到95%,CuSO_4·5H_2O的质量达到国家工业级标准。推荐了从混合铜矿混酸浸出液中回收CuSO_4·5H_2O的工艺流程。
The mixed copper mixed acid leachate in a certain place of Xinjiang was removed by Fe and Ca respectively by lime milk neutralization and second-stage concentration, and then CuSO 4 · 5H 2 O was prepared by crystallization and recrystallization. The results show that under the optimum conditions, the removal rate of Fe reaches over 98% and the recovery rate of Cu reaches 95%. The quality of CuSO_4 · 5H_2O reaches the national industrial standard. The process of recovering CuSO 4 · 5H 2 O from the mixed acid leaching solution of mixed copper ore is recommended.
