高职护理专业学生的实践能力培养是目前护理专业学生走上工作岗位之前,接触社会的一个非常重要的环节。要实现这一环节,学校就要有相应的护理实践教学作为保证,而高职护理专业的实践教学对于学校的实训、实习基地有着极大的依附性。学校要重视实践教学体系的设计和加大开辟实践教学基地,以保证护理实践教学的需要。
The cultivation of practice ability of nursing students in higher vocational schools is a very important part of contacting with the society before nursing students embark on their jobs. To achieve this aspect, the school should have the corresponding teaching of nursing practice as a guarantee, and practice teaching of vocational nursing specialty schools for practical training, training base has great dependence. Schools should pay attention to the design of practical teaching system and open up practical teaching bases so as to ensure the need of nursing practice teaching.
