无论多少,每门学科中都会有学困生存在,尤其在小学数学学科中,因为其具有科学性、严密性、抽象性,并不是轻易能学好的,因此更容易产生后进生。而新课标的宗旨是全体学生的全面发展,后进生的大批存在显然不符合新课标的理念,因此,在小学数学教学中抓好后进生的转变工作尤为重要。从小学数学后进生形成的原因入手,分析了后进生的转变策略,望能为广大同行提供一些建议。
No matter how many, there will be students with learning difficulties in every subject, especially in elementary mathematics. Because of its scientificness, rigor and abstraction, it is not easy to learn, so it is more likely to have a backward life. The purpose of the new course standard is the all-round development of all students. The existence of a large number of post-graduated students obviously does not conform to the concept of the new course standard. Therefore, it is particularly important to do a good job in post-graduation math teaching. Beginning with the formation of postgraduates maths in primary school, this paper analyzes the strategy of changing life-changing students and hopes to provide suggestions for the general public.
