目的:建立溶剂解吸-毛细管气相色谱法同时测定工作场所空气中苯系物(苯、甲苯、二甲苯、乙苯、苯乙烯)、正己烷和环己烷的方法。方法:使用活性炭管采集,用二硫化碳解吸,毛细管柱DB-1分离,FID检测。结果:作业场所空气中的苯系物、正己烷和环己烷在选定的实验条件下,相对标准偏差为3.11%~4.02%;最低检出限为0.14μg/ml~0.33μg/ml;线性相关系数大于0.999,解吸效率除苯乙烯为80.2%,其余均大于95%。结论:该方法简便、准确并可同时测定工作场所中苯系物和正己烷及环己烷。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of benzene, toluene, xylene, ethylbenzene, styrene, n-hexane and cyclohexane in the air by solvent desorption-capillary gas chromatography. Methods: Activated carbon tubes were collected, desorbed with carbon disulfide, separated on capillary column DB-1 and detected by FID. Results: The relative standard deviations (RSDs) of benzene, n-hexane and cyclohexane in the workplace were 3.11% ~ 4.02% under the selected experimental conditions. The detection limit was 0.14μg / ml ~ 0.33μg / ml. The linear correlation coefficient was greater than 0.999, the desorption efficiency was 80.2% except for styrene, the rest were more than 95%. Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate and can simultaneously determine the benzene and n-hexane and cyclohexane in the workplace.
