新闻和信息是两个不同的概念。新闻是信息,但信息并不都是新闻。丰富新闻信息,我以为首先要正确处理好新闻与信息的关系,既要增加新闻报道中信息的容量,又不要简单地把新闻报道完全信息化。新闻和信息都是客观情况的反映,都要求新鲜、迅速,要求真实,准确,在这些方面两者是一致的。这种表面上的相近或相似,很容易使人在实质上把两者完全等同起来;其实信息这个概念的外延比新闻要广阔得多。新闻只是新近发生的具有新闻报道价值的
News and information are two different concepts. News is information, but not all information is news. To enrich the news and information, I think that we must first properly handle the relationship between news and information. We must increase the capacity of information in news reports and do not simply fully report the news. News and information are all objective facts. They all demand freshness and promptness. They require truthfulness and accuracy. Both are consistent in these respects. This superficially similar or similar appearance makes it very easy for people to completely equate the two; in fact, the concept of information is much broader than news.
