HSE管理体系建设讲究三位一体,即强调控制自然因素、人力要素、以及组织要素等的生态组合运营模式。这种管理体制模式下,能够保障人类生产从业过程中的安全生产,并对人们健康有利,同时也维护了生态环境的和谐建设,是现代我国石油化工产业所必要应用的一种管理体系或者是一种先进运作模式。基于此,本文结合了HSE管理建设的作用意义、构建HSE管理体系等的相关问题展开了扼要探讨,以期石油化工产业实现经济建设与生态建设的协调发展。
HSE management system emphasizes the Trinity, which emphasizes the control of natural factors, human factors, and organizational elements such as the ecological combination of operating mode. Under the management system mode, it can guarantee the safe production in the process of human production, and is beneficial to people’s health. At the same time, it also maintains the harmonious construction of ecological environment. It is a management system necessary for modern petrochemical industry in our country or An advanced mode of operation. Based on this, the paper briefly discusses the related issues of constructing HSE management system, combining the significance of HSE management construction and the coordinated development of economic construction and ecological construction in the petrochemical industry.
