网络经济的飞速发展决定需要用法律来约束虚拟市场的一些恶性竞争,来规范市场。我国在网络监管方面的法律还不完善,阻碍网络经济的发展。对此,我国应该完善网络经营方面的法律,创造一个健康的网络环境。本文针对网络恶性竞争行为的一些现象和我国法律规定网络恶性竞争中所暴露的某些不足,提出了相关适用于网络恶性竞争行为的法治方案。
The rapid development of the network economy decided that laws should be used to restrain some vicious competition in the virtual market to regulate the market. China’s laws on network supervision are not yet perfect, hindering the development of the network economy. In response, our country should improve the law of network management and create a healthy network environment. This article aims at some phenomena of vicious competition of network and certain deficiencies exposed by Chinese law in the vicious competition of network, and puts forward the rule of law plan applicable to vicious competition in network.
