Since Gamow[1] interpreted α decay as a quantum tunneling effect of preformed α particles in 1928,there has been a great effort to pursue a precise description of the tunneling rate due to extensive applications in both experimental and theoretical studies. The decay proceeds mainly from ground states (GS) and sometimes from isomeric states (IS).The state in the daughter nucleus, which has a similar structure with the decaying state of the parent nucleus,is always preferred during the transition, namely, favored α transitions (the angular momentum carried by the α particle e =0).The α decay of eveneven nuclei generally proceeds from GS to GS,belonging to favored α transitions.
