Objective: To investigate the application effect of oropharyngeal ventilation tube in pediatric gastric lavage. Methods: 80 cases of children who needed emergency gastric lavage were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 40 cases in each group. The experimental group used disposable oropharyngeal ventilation tube to assist in the proper fixation of the gastric tube after intubation. The control group was assisted by a special syringe After intubation fixed stomach. Compare the two groups of children was bitten flatten or off the stomach tube, gastric tube coil, catheterization time and gastric lavage time. Results: The gastric tube in the experimental group was bled or detached, and the incidence of gastric tube tortuosity was significantly lower than that in the control group. The catheterization time and gastric lavage time were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The use of oropharyngeal ventilation tube in pediatric gastric lavage helps to fix the gastric tube after oral intubation, which can shorten the time of catheterization and gastric lavage, improve the success rate of one-time intubation and reduce the pain of children.
