就业工作2016年,全国城镇新增就业1314万人,城镇失业人员再就业554万人,就业困难人员实现就业169万人,超额完成全年目标任务。四季度末全国城镇登记失业率为4.02%,低于4.5%的年度调控目标。(1)重点群体就业平稳推进。组织实施高校毕业生就业创业促进计划,深入实施高校毕业生“三支一扶”计划,引导和鼓励高校毕业生到基层工作,高校毕业生就业形势总体平稳。
