闽台职业教育交流与合作的前景日益被教育界及政府所关注,在日益频繁的闽台职业教育交流与合作活动中,在闽台资企业发挥着重要的桥梁作用,其人才本地化策略的实施,为闽台职业教育交流合作提供了广阔的空间。文章分析台企与闽台高职教育交流合作的主要形式,提出5方面的思考。
The prospect of vocational education exchange and cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan is increasingly concerned by the education sector and the government. In the increasingly frequent vocational education exchanges and cooperation activities between Fujian and Taiwan, Fujian-Taiwan-funded enterprises play an important role as a bridge and their strategies of talent localization Implementation, Fujian-Taiwan vocational education exchange and cooperation provides a broad space. This article analyzes the main forms of exchanges and cooperation between Taiwanese enterprises and Fujian-Taiwan higher vocational education and puts forward five aspects.
