本文报道捕食性中剑水蚤在实验室及现场条件下,对白纹伊蚊幼虫的防治效果。当地分离的广布中剑水蚤室内对蚊幼虫具有强的捕食能力,1只蚤48h内可吞食56条幼虫;蚊笼模拟试验,中剑水蚤7周内杀灭幼虫种群,9周内成蚊种群消失。现场条件下,中剑水蚤在整个蚊虫季节有效控制蚊幼虫的孳生,与B.t.i合用时取得更显著的防治效果。由于该蚤易于大量培养,花费不多,可在蚊虫孳生地建立自己的种群,长期防治蚊幼虫,因而被认为是一种有前途的蚊虫生物防治物。
This article reports the prevention and treatment of Aedes albopictus larvae in the predatory Sword Daphnia under laboratory and field conditions. The locally isolated Daphniphyllum spp. Had a strong predation ability against mosquito larvae. One flea swallowed 56 larvae within 48 hours. In the mosquito cage simulation experiment, Daphnia magna killed the larvae within 7 weeks, Adult mosquito population disappears. Under field conditions, Sword Daphnia effectively controls the breeding of mosquito larvae throughout the mosquito season, and B. t. i combination achieved more significant control effect. It is considered as a promising biological control of mosquitoes because it is easy to cultivate in large quantities, inexpensive and can establish its own population in mosquito breeding sites and prevent and control mosquito larvae for a long time.
