近日,湖南省洪江市建设局局长石光潮同志在洪江市建设系统干部职工自学考试工作会议上,曾语重心长地勉励大家“上班想工作,下班想回家,没事想学习”。语言虽然简短朴实,却寓意深刘,发人深省。毋庸讳言,近年来,随着社会主义市场经济的不断发展,随着办公设备的日益更新和办公自动化的广泛普及,我们的工作效率得以大大提高,在较短的时间内完成了较多的工作量。上班和下班的大量剩余时间如何解决,我想应像石光潮同志所说的那样——“没事想学习”。
