在分析08-32捣固车捣固装置的结构及升降位置伺服系统的基础上,以捣固装置的比例阀为研究对象,并以捣固装置的升降位移为控制对象,依据捣固装置升降速度控制非线性、时变性和大惯性的特点,应用模糊理论提出模糊自适应PID控制策略,设计模糊PID控制器,并将其与常规PID控制进行MATLAB仿真比较。通过仿真比较,可以得出模糊自适应PID控制的捣固装置升降具有实时性好、响应快、超调小、方法简单、控制准确等优点。
Based on the analysis of the structure of the tamping device of 08-32 tamping device and the servo system of the lifting position, the proportional valve of the tamping device is taken as the research object. The lifting displacement of the tamping device is taken as the control object, and the tamping device is used for lifting Speed control nonlinearity, time-varying and large inertia. The fuzzy adaptive PID control strategy is proposed based on fuzzy theory. Fuzzy PID controller is designed and compared with conventional PID control. Through simulation comparison, it can be concluded that the fuzzy adaptive PID control of tamping device has the advantages of real-time, fast response, small overshoot, simple method and accurate control.
