6月29日期待中的工业和信息化部挂牌了。7月2日“三定”方案公布,共设24个司局,人员调整7月底完成,成为大部委制改革首个完成“三定”的部委。改革中的大部委制,就是按照十七大的精神,要“加大机构整合力度,探索实行职能统一的大部门体制,健全部门间的协调配合机制”。社会各界对大部委制改革极为关注。
