目的:了解隆回县乡镇公共卫生服务机构及人力资源现状,为该县公共卫生事业可持续发展提供依据。方法:采用现况调查方法,收集全县27个乡镇公共卫生服务机构的一般情况和人力资源状况进行统计分析。结果:全县乡镇公共卫生服务机构基础建设有待加强,乡镇卫生院领导对公共卫生工作不够重视,乡镇公共卫生专业人才老化且存在断层现象,工作人员兼职多且学历和专业素质低,人才缺乏储备且培养困难大。结论:加大乡镇公共卫生服务的基础建设投入,尤其是加强乡镇公共卫生人才培养和储备势在必行。
Objective: To understand the status quo of township public health service agencies and human resources in Longhui County and provide the basis for the sustainable development of public health in this county. Methods: The current situation survey method was used to collect the general situation and human resource status of 27 township public health service agencies in the county for statistical analysis. Results: The basic construction of township public health service agencies needs to be strengthened. The leaders of township health centers pay less attention to public health work. The township public health professionals are aging and have faults. The staff members have more part-time jobs and the qualifications of education and professionalism are low. And training difficult. Conclusion: It is imperative to step up infrastructure investment in township public health services, especially to strengthen the training and reserve of public health professionals in townships.
