源吉林甘和茶冲剂是由葛根、前胡、黄芩等35味中药组成,具有疏风清热、解暑消食、生津止渴等功效。本文对源吉林甘和茶冲剂中的葛根、前胡、黄芩进行了薄层鉴别试验,得到满意的效果,可作为产品的质量控制标准。 1 仪器及试药 源吉林甘和茶冲剂样品三批(批号930511、930215、930528)及阴性对照样品均由佛山市制药二厂提供。 前胡对照药材由本所中药室提供,并鉴定为伞形科植物白花前胡Peucedanum praeruptorum Dunn的干燥根。葛根素、黄芩甙对照品均由中国药品生物制品检定所提供。
Jilin Ganhe tea granules are composed of 35 Chinese herbal medicines including Pueraria lobata, Peucedanum humilis, and Astragalus membranaceus. They have the effects of clearing away wind, clearing heat, removing heat, eliminating food, and thirst. In this paper, a thin layer identification test was carried out on Pueraria radix, Peucedanum praecox and Radix Astragali from Jilin Ganhe Tea Granules. The results were satisfactory and could be used as quality control standards for products. 1 Apparatus and reagents Three batches (lot Nos. 930511, 930215, and 930528) of Jilin Ganhe tea granules and negative control samples were provided by Foshan No. 2 Pharmaceutical Factory. The reference material of Peucedania sinensis was provided by the Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine and identified as the dried root of Peucedanum praeruptorum Dunn. The puerarin and Huangqi reference products were provided by the China National Institute for the Control of Pharmaceutical and Biological Products.
