报告78例(98眼)2.5—12岁儿童白内障的后房型人工晶体植入术。其中,先天性白内障43例(63眼),外伤性35例(35眼),77例(97)眼手术成功,随访6个月至3.5年,效果满意。2例幼儿眼震,术后迅速消失。9眼弱视,经6个月至1年治疗,视力提高3—5行。2例出现后发障,经激光及手术切除治愈。笔者认为,对2.5岁及以上儿童施行本手术是适宜的。严格适应证、娴熟操作、充分散瞳是本手术成功及久远效果的保证。并认为双眼可同时一次植入。
Report of 78 cases (98 eyes) of children aged 2.5-12 years with cataract after posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation. Among them, 43 cases of congenital cataracts (63 eyes), traumatic 35 cases (35 eyes), 77 cases (97 eyes) were operated successfully, followed up for 6 months to 3.5 years, with satisfactory results. 2 cases of children nystagmus, disappeared rapidly after surgery. 9 amblyopia, after 6 months to 1 year treatment, visual acuity improved 3-5 lines. 2 cases after the onset of failure, the laser and surgical resection cure. The author believes that the 2.5-year-old children and above the implementation of this operation is appropriate. Strict indications, skilled operation, full dilation is the success of the operation and long-term effect of the guarantee. And that both eyes can be implanted at the same time.
