一、企业在市场竞争中不可忽视专利的作用 自一九八五年我国实施专利法以来,专利申请量年年增长。一大批专利技术成果快速长入市场经济,产生了显著的经济效益和社会效益。如“高分辨率汉字发生器”等一批在国际上很有份量的专利,对我国工业正在产生巨大的影响。据国家有关部门不完全统计,我国五年多时间已输出7000多件技术,年输出量都在1500—2000多件。仅次于西方几个工业发达国家,以技术为先导的工业品出口出现了快速增长势头。作为企业来说,它的产权包括动产、不动产和知识产权。在这三方面中知识产权是最活跃,起着举足轻重的作用。
I. Enterprises can not ignore the role of patents in market competition Since the implementation of patent law in 1985, patent applications have increased year by year. A large number of patented technological achievements have quickly grown into the market economy, resulting in significant economic and social benefits. A group of patents such as the “High-Resolution Chinese Character Generator” that are of great international importance are having a huge impact on China’s industry. According to incomplete statistics from relevant state agencies, more than 7,000 pieces of technology have been exported in more than five years in China, and the annual output is more than 1,500-2,000 pieces. Second only to a few industrialized countries in the West, the export of technology-led industrial products has shown rapid growth. As an enterprise, its property rights include movable assets, real estate and intellectual property. In these three aspects, intellectual property rights are the most active and play a decisive role.
