近年来,随着社会生产力的不断发展,人们对住房条件有了更高的要求,但是很多住户都会反映房屋存在漏水现象,这给居民的日常生活带来了很大的干扰。这篇论文就针对这个常见问题展开了探讨,并依照实际情况制定具体的解决方案,力求促进我国民用房建工程中的施工质量的提升,使得广大居民能够拥有更好的住房条件。
In recent years, with the continuous development of social productive forces, people have higher requirements for housing conditions, but many households will reflect the water leakage phenomenon in their houses, which has brought a great disturbance to the residents’ daily life. This essay explores this common problem, and formulates specific solutions according to the actual situation, and seeks to promote the quality of construction in China’s civil housing construction projects to enhance the quality of housing so that the general population can have better housing conditions.
