生产性噪声是指在生产过程中产生的一切声音。根据GBZ 2.2-2007《工作场所有害因素职业接触限值第1部分:物理因素》规定,以每周工作5 d,每天工作8 h计算,稳态噪声限值为85 dB(A),非稳态噪声等效声级的限值为85 dB(A);若每周工作日不是5 d,则需要计算40 h等效声级,限值也为85 dB(A)。生产性噪声易对员工神经系统、心血管系统、消化系统和视觉器官产生影响,引发头疼、多梦失眠、心慌、记忆力减退、心跳加快等症状。
Productive noise refers to all the sounds generated in the production process. According to GBZ 2.2-2007 “Occupational Exposure Limits for Hazardous Factors in Workplaces Part 1: Physical Factors”, the steady-state noise limit is 85 dB (A) calculated on the basis of 5 working days per week and 8 working hours per day, The equivalent noise level of the state noise is limited to 85 dB (A); if the weekly working day is not 5 d, the 40-h equivalent sound level needs to be calculated with a limit of 85 dB (A). Productive noise easily affect the nervous system, cardiovascular system, digestive system and visual organs of employees, causing headache, dreams and insomnia, palpitation, memory loss, rapid heartbeat and other symptoms.
