一些腐败者常常不认为自己的行为是腐败,无意之中身陷腐败,不仅自身后悔也令其他人惋惜。我们且将其称之为“无知”腐败。文章具体剖析了“无知”腐败的类型,并提出:加强制度建设是防范“无知”腐败的外在保证;加强民主建设是防范“无知”腐败的有效途径;提高道德素养和法律素质是防范“无知”腐败的内在要求。
Some corrupt people often do not think their behavior is corrupt, unintentionally corrupted, not only regret it but also make others regret. We call it “ignorance” of corruption.
