本组４例患者女３例，３２～４０岁，男１例，３８岁。病程１周～２年。３例女患者中有２例为SLE，长期服用皮质激素。４例中男患者有确切不洁性交史，３例女患者中１例其配偶有不洁性交史，２例否认。４例患者分别在阴阜和肛周、阴道口下方及肛周、两侧小阴唇内侧下段、龟头缘
The group of 4 patients, 3 females, 32 to 40 years old, 1 male, 38 years old. Duration of 1 week ~ 2 years. Two of the three female patients were SLE, taking corticosteroids for long periods of time. In 4 cases, male patients had an exact history of unclean sexual intercourse, and 1 of 3 female patients had a history of unclean sexual intercourse and 2 deny. 4 patients were in the mons pubis and perianal, vaginal mouth and perianal below both sides of the lower labia minora, glans margin
