如何处理“教研”与“科研”两者的关系是基层教师的一大困惑。“让教师成为研究者”对广大教师提出了更高的要求。教师的主阵地在课堂上,教师的研究最终也要落实到课堂上。但在与基层教师的探讨中,常听到这样的话: “课题研究好是好,可对我的教学帮助不大!”“我们校长要的是分数,而课题研究到底能帮我提高多少分!”“科研太繁琐了,不如教研实用!”
How to deal with the relationship between “teaching and research” and “scientific research” is a major confusion among teachers at the grassroots level. “Let teachers become researchers” put forward higher requirements for teachers.
