为解决小型煤矿井下测尘问题,我们学习金属旷山井下测尘的经验,曾使用了一个铁三通、一根5米长氧焊用的耐压胶管和一个简易小型引射器作为抽气动力。但在使用中感到零件较多,携带不便。而且由于小型煤矿井下只有一根生产用的风管,不可能为测尘现拉一根风管,采样前必须先把风管切断,接上铁三通,连结引风用的氧焊耐压胶管,再接上引射器,插上吸气胶管,然后才能开始采样。采样完了,又需要卸下铁三通,把风管接上以后,工人才能恢复正常生产。不仅操作较麻烦,影响生产,还必须有维修工人配合才能测尘。这样的采样方法极需改进,因此提出了将引射器直接插在橡胶
In order to solve the problem of dust detection in small coal mines, we studied the experience of measuring the dust in the underground metal mines.
