东北、华北八省(市)卫生经济协作会第二次会议于1998年8月5日在黑江省镜泊湖畔召开,两北地区101位代表参加了会议。17年前,中国卫生经济学会筹备会曾在这里举办。 这次会议的主题是学习贯彻党的十五大精神,进一步落实关于卫生改革与发展的决定。各省(市)与会代表交流自己的做法、经验和体会。 协作会主要围绕着四个专题进行了讨论和交流。1.区域卫生规划与社区卫生服务;2.医疗保障制度与农村合作医疗;3.医疗卫生机构的运行机制与生机活力的研究;4.关于医疗成本与医疗服务收费的研究。
The second meeting of the Northeast, North China Provinces (City) Health Economic Cooperation Association was held on August 5, 1998 at the bank of Jingpo Lake in Heijiang Province. 101 representatives from the two northern regions attended the meeting. 17 years ago, the preparatory meeting of the Chinese Health Economics Association was held here. The theme of this conference is to study and implement the spirit of the 15th Party Congress and further implement the decision on health reform and development. Representatives from all provinces (municipalities) exchanged their own practices, experiences and experiences. Collaboration will mainly discuss and exchange around four topics. 1. Regional health planning and community health services; 2. Medical security system and rural cooperative medical care; 3. Research on operational mechanisms and vitality of medical and health institutions; 4. Study on medical costs and medical service charges.
