目的了解宁夏回族自治区2009-2011年儿童预防接种证查验工作开展现况,为提高儿童疫苗接种率提供科学依据。方法按照统一方案,对宁夏2009-2011年度入托、入学儿童进行预防接种证查验工作。结果 2011年小学和托幼机构查验率达到了100.00%,儿童查验率也达到了99.73%,3 a间儿童持证率逐年上升,2011年达到了95.98%。查验儿童漏种率呈逐年下降趋势,补种率3 a均维持在80%以上。白破疫苗是漏种和补种最多的疫苗。结论应采取多种措施促进儿童预防接种证查验工作,切实保护儿童身体健康。
Objective To understand the status quo of inspection of vaccination certificate for children in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region from 2009 to 2011 and provide scientific basis for raising children’s vaccination rate. Methods According to the unified plan, we carried out the examination of vaccination certificate for nursery schools in Ningxia during 2009-2011. Results In 2011, the checkup rate of primary schools and childcare institutions reached 100.00%, and the check-up rate of children reached 99.73%. The rate of children’s holding of certificates increased year by year in 2011 and reached 95.98% in 2011. Check the leakage rate of children showed a downward trend year by year, seed dressing rate 3 a were maintained at above 80%. Baotou vaccine is the most missed vaccine and replant vaccine. Conclusion Various measures should be taken to promote the examination of vaccination certificates for children and effectively protect their health.
