“入园难”、“入园贵”问题突出,学前教育逐渐成为家庭、学校和社会的普遍关注点,我国2010年针对幼儿园的相关问题提出了普惠性学前教育的概念和改革的相关政策。普惠性学前教育一般是指公共资金举办面向社会大众的公共学前教育服务机构,该概念体现了学前教育的公益性和福利性。为了使得普惠性学前教育产生效益最大化,须要确保稳定的财政支持,严格的普惠性幼儿园准入制度以及有效的监督淘汰制度,才能让普惠性学前教育真正“落地”。
“Problems in entering the park ” prominently, pre-school education has gradually become a universal concern of families, schools and society, our country in 2010 for kindergarten-related issues put forward the concept of inclusive pre-school education and Reform related policies. Pratt & Whitney pre-school education generally refers to the public funds to hold public preschool education service agencies for the general public. The concept reflects the public welfare and welfare of preschool education. In order to maximize the benefits of inclusive pre-school education, it is necessary to ensure stable financial support, a strict system of universal-access to kindergartens and an effective system of oversight and elimination so that universal pre-school education can truly be “left standing.”
