目的总结分析不同溶栓效果患者纤维蛋白原及D-二聚体动态变化的影响。方法 50例溶栓治疗患者,根据溶栓治疗效果分为溶栓优良组(28例)和溶栓一般组(22例)。分析两组患者纤维蛋白原及D-二聚体的动态变化。结果在溶栓治疗后6 h,溶栓优良组与溶栓一般组纤维蛋白原含量均达到最低,分别为(0.62±0.32)、(1.56±0.70)g/L,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。溶栓优良组与溶栓一般组患者的D-二聚体含量水平达到最高值,分别为(7.52±3.32)、(2.01±1.20)μg/L,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论溶栓效果较好的患者其纤维蛋白原以及D-二聚体含量的变化更加明显,可为临床预后评价提供重要参考,值得推广应用。
Objective To summarize and analyze the influence of different thrombolytic effect on the dynamic changes of fibrinogen and D-dimer. Methods Fifty patients undergoing thrombolytic therapy were divided into two groups according to thrombolysis: the thrombolytic group (n = 28) and the thrombolytic group (n = 22). Dynamic changes of fibrinogen and D-dimer in both groups were analyzed. Results At 6 h after thrombolytic therapy, the levels of fibrinogen in thrombolytic group and thrombolytic group were the lowest, which were (0.62 ± 0.32) and (1.56 ± 0.70) g / L, respectively, with statistical significance ( P <0.05). The levels of D-dimer in patients with thrombolytic group and thrombolysis group reached the highest value (7.52 ± 3.32) and (2.01 ± 1.20) μg / L, respectively, with statistical significance (P <0.05) . Conclusions The changes of fibrinogen and D-dimer in patients with better thrombolytic effect are more obvious, which may provide an important reference for clinical prognosis evaluation, which is worth popularizing and applying.
