目前对青翘含量的研究取得了一定的成果,但关于不同炮制方法对青翘质量的影响还没有相关文献报道。本文采用分辨率高、准确度好,简便快捷、无污染的FT IR光谱法鉴别不同炮制方法对青翘质量的影响,研究了山西青翘使用不同方法和不同时间炮制后的FT IR光谱特征。结果表明,青翘共有峰为12处,其峰的数目、形状及相对强度可用于区分青翘的不同炮制方法、不同炮制时间。因此,可以利用FT IR指纹图谱方便快捷地区分青翘的不同炮制方法、不同炮制时间。
At present, some research has been done on the content of Qiaoqiao, but there is no report about the influence of different processing methods on the Qiaoqiao quality. In this paper, the effects of different processing methods on the quality of QiaoQiao were identified by FT IR spectroscopy with high resolution, good accuracy, simple, rapid and pollution-free. The FT IR spectra of QSQ using different methods and different time were studied. The results showed that the total number of peaks was 12, and the number, shape and relative intensity of the peaks could be used to distinguish different processing methods and different processing time of the leaves. Therefore, FT IR fingerprinting can be used to quickly and easily distinguish between different methods of processing Alice, different processing time.
