随着环境的恶化,以及野生资源的过度采集,南方大斑蝥野生种群越来越少,在很多传统分布区几乎绝迹。为了斑蝥素及其衍生物的可持续利用,必须进行南方大斑蝥的规模化人工养殖。而人工养殖中成虫的食物偏嗜性是其种源筛选与驯化的关键。该文通过对南方大斑蝥3个地理种群的成虫的食物偏嗜性研究,结果显示,不同地理种群的成虫偏嗜的食物种类有差异。武鸣种群的成虫偏嗜的食物为黄瓜花、丝瓜花和冬瓜花;田林种群的成虫偏嗜的食物为豇豆花;广州种群的成虫偏嗜的食物为豇豆花和丝瓜花。3个地理种群的成虫对丝瓜花的取食量均最大。
With the deterioration of the environment and the over-exploitation of wild resources, the wild population of Southern Mackerel is getting less and less, almost disappearing in many traditional distribution areas. For the sustainable use of cantharidin and its derivatives, it is necessary to carry out large-scale artificial breeding of southern cattail. However, the food preference of adult adults in artificial breeding is the key to their selection and domestication. Based on the studies on the food preference of adults in three geographic populations of southern cattail, the results showed that there were differences in food preference among different geographic populations. The predatory food of adults in Wuming population was cucumber, sponge gourd flower and melon flower; the insecticide food of Tianlin population was cowpea flower; the insecticidal food of Guangzhou population was cowpea flower and gourd flower. Adults of three geographic populations had the highest feed intake on loofah.
