Background Jindian Project: Refers to Shaanxi Jinjie Coal and Electricity Integration Energy Project, which is an important part of the national western development. One of the supporting projects of the Northern Shaanxi Thermal Power Base is the preferred power point for the “West Power Transmission to the North” line. The project and construction scale of the project are: the planned power capacity of the power plant is 6×600MW, and the construction scale of the first-phase project is 2×600MW, which is a condensing-type air-cooled subcritical turbo-generator unit; the planned scale of the supporting coal mine is 10 million tons of raw coal annually. The construction period will be 3 million tons/year. PowerOn: refers to a set of independent research and development developed by Shanghai Puhua Technology Development Co., Ltd.
