应土耳其中东行政学院邀请,人社部副部长张小建率团于5月5日至8日对土耳其进行了访问,就土耳其的公务员培训、就业政策等工作进行了考察。通过访问,对土耳其就业状况、公务员培训与管理有了基本了解,对土耳其应对金融危机所采取的一系列促进就业政策留下了深刻印象,并形成《土耳其就业与培训考察报告》。本刊节选第三、五部分予以刊载,以资参考。
At the invitation of Turkey's Middle East School of Administration, Zhang Xiajian, deputy minister of the Ministry of Social Welfare and Socialist Missions, visited Turkey from May 5 to May 8 and inspected Turkish civil servants' training and employment policies. Through the visit, they got a basic understanding of the employment status and civil servant training and management in Turkey and left a deep impression on a series of employment promotion policies adopted by Turkey in response to the financial crisis. They also formed the “Turkish Employment and Training Inspection Report.” Articles published in the third section, five sections to be published in order to reference.
