1991年,云南省某化肥厂氢氮压缩机工程,由于施工单位疏忽,造成基础断面标高低于设计安装标高事故。在既要确保工期,又不能影响基础强度的前提下,我们采取混凝土加筋增厚垫铁的方法进行处理,收到了良好的效果。运行压力高达3.2千牛/厘米~2的氢氮压缩机基础是钢筋混凝土结构,由底板、主机、电机基座和支柱组成。它的断面标高点有18个,预埋铁件147块,预留孔108个,是比较复杂的设备基础。这个基础底板厚1.5米。主机基础标高4.715米,截面为2360毫米×1700毫米。电机基础标高
In 1991, in the hydrogen-nitrogen compressor project of a fertilizer plant in Yunnan Province, due to the negligence of construction units, the elevation of the foundation section was lower than that of design and installation elevation.
