改革开放以来,由于经济发展和社会利益格局的不断调整,各社会阶层以及不同人群之间收入分配差距日益拉大。分配不合理与收入差距悬殊问题已引起了全社会的注意。收入差距过大不仅关乎社会公平问题,同时会影响到社会资源、自然资源的合理配置和经济的可持续发展。因此,如何让普通劳动者真正分享到改革开放的成果,调整利益格局,缩小收入差距,成为谋求福利转向公共政策的重要议题。
Since the reform and opening up, due to the continuous adjustment of economic development and the pattern of social interests, the income distribution gap between different social strata and different groups has been widening. The unreasonable distribution and the disparity in income disparity have drawn the attention of the whole society. Excessive income gap is not only related to social equity, but also affects the social resources, the rational allocation of natural resources and economic sustainable development. Therefore, how to let ordinary laborers really share the fruits of reform and opening up, adjust the pattern of interests, and narrow the income gap has become an important topic for turning welfare into public policy.
