建设基于协同育人的高职人才培养模式是落实党的十八大关于“推动实现更高质量的就业”的教育需求,是落实《国家中长期教育改革与发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》提出的就业为导向,推进教育教学改革精神的重要途径。高等职业教育“协同育人”的高职人才培养模式是指以学校为主体,联合企业、行业、政府等方面,共同参与构建高职教育人才培养体系,以协同教育模式培养新时代社会所需高技术技能人才,对于社会发展和进步有着重要的现实意义。
