打造和拥有一支观念先进、结构合理、爱岗敬业、知识和技能优良的符合新世纪教育发展要求的专业化教师队伍,是基础教育发展的重中之重。通过对广州市中小学984名教师进行问卷调查访谈,发现中小学教师心理压力过大,继续教育与需求不能接轨,教师专业化程度不高,针对存在的问题,提出相应的对策。
Creating and holding a contingent of specialized teachers with advanced concepts, reasonable structure, dedication to love and dedication, good knowledge and skills in line with the requirements of the development of education in the new century is the top priority for the development of basic education. By interviewing 984 teachers in elementary and middle schools in Guangzhou, we found that the psychological pressure of primary and secondary school teachers is too large, the continuing education can not be in line with the demand, and the degree of teacher ’s specialization is not high. The corresponding countermeasures are put forward according to the existing problems.
