目的探讨不同转移抑制基因ME491和KAI1对胰腺癌抗转移作用的影响。方法2003-11~2004-02在沈阳军区总医院消化内科实验室采用原位杂交法和免疫组织化学技术分别对正常胰腺组织(17例)及胰腺癌组织(50例)中的ME491和KAI1基因及其蛋白表达进行检测。结果ME491和KAI1在胰腺癌组织中的表达高于正常组织,ME491在有转移和没有转移组织中的表达差异无显著性,但KAI1在无转移的组织中的表达高于有转移的组织。结论ME491可能与胰腺癌转移无明显相关,KAI1基因具有明显抗胰腺癌转移作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of different metastasis suppressor genes ME491 and KAI1 on the anti-metastasis of pancreatic cancer. Methods From 2003.11 to 2004-02, ME491 and KAI1 genes in normal pancreatic tissue (17 cases) and pancreatic cancer tissues (50 cases) were detected by in situ hybridization and immunohistochemical techniques in the digestive medicine laboratory of Shenyang Military Region General Hospital. And its protein expression were detected. Results The expression of ME491 and KAI1 in pancreatic cancer tissues was higher than that in normal tissues. The expression of ME491 in metastatic and non-metastatic tissues was not significantly different. However, the expression of KAI1 in non-metastatic tissues was higher than that in metastatic tissues. Conclusion ME491 may not be associated with pancreatic cancer metastasis, KAI1 gene has obvious anti-pancreatic cancer metastasis.
