应用ＡＰＣ基因下游４０Ｋｂ处的微卫星多态标记Ｄ５Ｓ３４６，检测３０例大肠癌组织ＤＮＡ，在可提供信息的１５例杂合子中检出５例５ｑ２１＿ｑ２２的杂合性丢失，占３３％。提示ＡＰＣ基因缺失也是中国人大肠癌的遗传改变之一
Using the microsatellite polymorphism marker D5S346 at 40Kb downstream of the APC gene, 30 cases of colorectal cancer tissue DNA were detected.
