:北四家小流域应用地理信息系统 (GIS)等先进技术理论 ,通过建立该流域综合治理开发信息系统 ,历经7a的综合治理开发 ,确定了针对水土流失严重、生态环境恶化 ,逐步建立一个高生产力、持续稳定的生态结构 ;针对广种薄收、生产单一 ,逐步建立一个农、林、牧、副结构优化、协调发展的经济结构的治理开发方略。并由此建立了流域治理开发的技术体系 ,探讨出一套科学、合理的流域治理开发模式 ,取得了显著效益 ,为全国重点治理区工程建设树立了高起点、高标准、高效益治理开发的模式和样板。
: Based on the advanced technology theory such as Geographic Information System (GIS) applied in North Siujia Watershed, through the establishment of comprehensive management and development information system of the basin, after comprehensive development and management of 7a, it was determined that aiming at the serious soil erosion and deterioration of ecological environment, Productivity and sustained and stable ecological structure. For a wide range of thin-income projects and a single production unit, a management and development strategy for the economic structure that is optimized for agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, side-structure optimization and coordinated development will be gradually established. The technical system of harnessing and harnessing watershed has been set up and a set of scientific and rational watershed management and development mode has been explored. Significant benefits have been achieved, and a high starting point, high standard and high-efficiency harnessing and development have been established for the construction of the national key control zones Patterns and templates.
