小组合作学习是近年来我国教育工作者针对传统教学形式存在的弊端,从教学组织形式改革的角度出发,研究并实验的一种发展性教学策略。随着新课改的不断推进,如今的公开课中随处可见小组合作,但笔者认为,小组合作并未真正有效地体现新课程的理念,一定程度上可以说是无效的,甚至是非合作的,原因在于学生和教师并不清楚如何有效地进行小组合作。笔者在教学实践中尝试通过培训系统化地建立小组合作体制,取得一定的成果。一、小组规则的确立社会互赖理论认为,群体是成员之间的互赖性可以变化的动力整体。积极互赖产生促进性作
Group cooperative learning is the shortcoming of the educators in our country for the traditional teaching forms in recent years. From the perspective of the reform of the teaching organization form, a developing teaching strategy of research and experiment is proposed. With the continuous advancement of the new curriculum reform, the cooperation among the groups can be seen everywhere in the open class. However, in my opinion, the group cooperation does not truly and effectively reflect the concept of the new curriculum. In the teaching practice, the author tries to systematically establish a group cooperation system through training and achieve certain results.
